The location is fantastic, just next to the center of Angra, close to the beach, central square, shops, transportation. A great bonus is the nearby Pastelaria Central where you can enjoy tea and coffee. - the twin room is well-maintained, spacious, and offers a lovely garden view.

Magnificent beautiful location, on Terceira island in the city of Angra do heroismo City. Really close to garden, which still had roses blooming, and all the downtown shops, numerous restaurants and the hill, from there.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and had such a wonderful experience. the staff were excellent. - the breakfast was perfect with a fantastic view of Duque da Terceira Garden. - the triple room was beautifully maintained and spotless with a view of the garden from 4 windows.

The continental breakfast is superb, the twin room is modern and equipped with a mini bar fridge, kettle, and climate control, and it's great that the hotel is centrally located.

The location/proximity to restaurants, shops, and festival events happening in Angra. I liked having the option of a restaurant/bar and exercise equipment within the hotel. I liked having the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

I did not like the lack of free internet access in my room. I found the lack of having free internet access a real handicap for a business traveler. The rooms were not well air conditioned. At time the room was very warm. The rooms lacked sufficient power outlets. Today's travelers need to keep the batteries in phones, cameras, computers fully charged. It is important to have multiple electric outlets for this function. The electrical outlet should be designed to accommodate European and US style electric plugs. The cost of using the business center computers was very high. A business center in many hotels is a free service for the residence. The rate charged by the Angra Garden Hotel is way too high. The business center is lacking a lot of features. The business center did not have a printer. The business center did not have

Also, location was convenient and the best, just 5 minutes walk from Municipal Gardens. The a double room I got was beautifully maintained. It offered outstanding service and good food too.

This place was fabulous, with functional rooms, accommodating staff. The restaurant was fabulous which had a very good buffet selection and friendly and efficient staff, I tried hot dishes. The hotel had a central location and it was next to Municipal Gardens.
